Design of attainable housing maximizing ponderosa pine cross-laminated timber

Can we make resilient, sustainable housing faster and more affordable while making our forests healthier? In collaboration with Timber Age Inc., we are designing blueprints for houses that maximize Timber Age ponderosa pine cross-laminated timber and provide homes that are healthy and sustainable. If homeowners and contractors have access to ready-to-build blueprints, this could encourage and speed up the process of building CLT homes.
