Lab Members Present at the First National Ambient Energy for Buildings Research Symposium

Lab members Quin Guy, Erin Blackley, and Karlyle Munz presented their research at the first National Ambient Energy for Buildings Research Symposium (NAEBRS), held September 7–9, 2025, at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico.

Set at the site of Ghost Ranch, the site of the first conference dedicated to passive solar technology in 1972, the symposium brought together researchers and innovators exploring how ambient energy can enhance building sustainability, resilience, and comfort. The event honored the legacy of early passive solar pioneers and showcased cutting-edge work in energy modeling, materials, and design integration.
